holistic & somatic therapy

for the “easy ones”

the ones who always had to be okay

welcome. you’re in the right place.

Wildflower Wellness is a therapeutic space to slow down and gently reconnect with the parts of you that learned to not take up space and to always figure things out on your own. Through a somatic and holistic approach, we’ll help your mind and nervous system remember that your needs, feelings, and limits matter too. You’ll finally feel seen, known, and truly part of it.

I see you…

  • You’re easy-going, laid back, “go with with the flow”…and you take pride in being easy to be around

  • You rarely ask for much, adapt quickly to others, and always add a nice touch of levity to tense or stressful situations

  • Inside, you feel more anxious than anyone would guess, and you tend to struggle quietly

  • You feel kinda disconnected, or “different” even when you’re around your friends

  • You look forward to plans and connection, but leave feeling let down or unsatisfied

  • You crave, deeper more real connection but you don’t know how to access it

  • When something feels off, you assume it’s your fault or tell yourself to “just let it go,” while resentment builds secretly underneath, but you’d never say you’re resentful

what if instead…

  • You still feel easygoing and likable without having to abandoning yourself

  • You actually feel relaxed, present and more emotionally steady (no more secret anxiety and suffering in silence)

  • You’re present and alive in your relationships, and you actually feel known, not just liked or appreciated for your ability to be funny, facilitate conversation, or make others feel seen

  • Connection feels easier, deeper, more mutual, and actually nourishing

  • You can share more openly and honestly without fear of losing the connection

  • You stop automatically blaming yourself when something doesn’t feel right

  • You feel less filtered or “in-your-head”, more grounded, more connected, and at home in your own skin

You don’t have to stop being kind, easygoing, or caring to stop suffering.

You just need to create a space where all of you gets to exist.
