Wildflower Wellness is a therapeutic space to slow down and gently reconnect with the parts of you that learned to not take up space and to always figure things out on your own. Through a somatic and holistic approach, we’ll help your mind and nervous system remember that your needs, feelings, and limits matter too. You’ll finally feel seen, known, and truly part of it.
