Founder, therapist &
inner guide

Carley Westerson, MA, LPC, RYT

I created Wildflower Wellness because I want to contribute to the healing and growth of our world in a truly aligned way.

Let’s be honest, the way our current mental health system operates doesn’t work for a lot of us. Instead it ends up undermining the compassionate and powerful efforts of both clients and therapists.

It’s time for a new approach focused on investing the time and energy needed to repair our collective disembodiment, create genuine connections and care for the whole person - mind, body and soul.

I utilize cutting -edge experiential and somatic methods to help you recognize and shift the psychological patterns that have been keeping you stuck and disconnected from your truest, most powerful self.

i do this work because I needed someone like me…

Hi there, I’m Carley, and I’m SO glad you’re here.

I’m a loving, goofy, down-to-earth person who works as a holistic therapist. I blend together neuroscientific and soulful healing techniques so you can create the REAL lasting change you’ve been craving.

I do this work because I needed someone like me.

I’m a child of divorce, who grew up in a household with family members who had undiagnosed and untreated mental health and attachment issues. While I had everything I physically needed, emotionally I did not.

For a long time I wasn’t aware of how my past experiences impacted me and I lived in a state of denial and confusion about myself. A part of me would say things like, “Nothing that bad really happened to you, there’s no reason for you to feel so crappy.” But I did. I felt lonely, empty, sad, stressed out and not good enough A LOT more than I let on to anyone in my life. From the outside I appeared sweet, energetic, light-hearted and happy.

It wasn’t until much later in life that I began my inner work. Complete burnout and adrenal fatigue was the wake-up call I needed (not necessarily the one I wanted) to really dive deep into myself to sort some shit out.

Now, I embrace all parts of me and that’s where my quiet, but unshakable confidence comes from. I know it has been my inner healing and growth work, guided by my teachers and healers, that allowed me to access my deep gentleness, authenticity and confidence. Doing deep healing and growth work has been the most difficult and the greatest venture I ever took and continue to take - it has expanded me beyond what I thought was possible for myself and I want that for you too!
