Individual therapy with me is focused on shifting your emotional and behavioral patterns by going to a place of depth internally to get at the root of what is driving your painful emotions and patterns. In other words, our work will be about creating change from the inside out, change that lasts.
We will work together to learn your nervous system and relational patterns so we can better regulate your nervous system, energy and emotions so you feel more calm, clear and compassionate. I will guide you in accessing your core self so you can heal the parts of you that are carrying unresolved pain and unintentionally zapping your energy keeping you feeling small and stuck in life.
This type of therapy creates deep lasting change so you can finally be the person you’ve always envisioned yourself being.

Investment: $150 per 50-60 minute session

Autonomic Asana: 90 minute 1:1 session.
First 30-45 Minutes: A physical yoga practice focused on completing incomplete stress responses living in your body and regulating your brain, autonomic nervous system and energy to prepare the body for deep internal therapeutic work
Second 30-45 Minutes: A Somatic IFS therapy session focused on healing the parts of you carrying unresolved pain and helping other parts of you in letting go of behaviors and narratives that are unintentionally blocking you from you highest self and best life

An intentional embodiment practice
Interoceptive and proprioceptive skills helping you feeling safer and more confident
A stronger connection to your intuition
An increased sense of living life grounded in your body vs. “in your head” (increased eased)

I tailor 1:1 coaching sessions to you so all the coaching I do varies from person to person. Here are some common coaching techniques I use to help you remove inner blocks so you can grow and expand into your dream life!
